Part Time Registered Nurse – General Practice
Approx 16hrs per week
In this varied and rewarding position, your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside our full time Registered Nurse
- Childhood and travel immunisations
- Wound care and management
- Assisting with procedures
- GPCCMP and Health Assessments
- Patient triage
- Liaising with patients, doctors and the wider clinical team
What we are looking for
General Practice experience essential
- Nurse Immuniser qualification (preferred but not required)
- Experience with Best Practice software (or similar)
- Practice Nurse experience in Health assessments and Care Plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Flexibility to assist with leave coverage when required
