Bio:
Jenny is a qualified and compassionate lymphoedema therapist with a background in Occupational Therapy (OT) and a dedicated focus on improving the quality of life for individuals living with lymphoedema. Graduating as an OT in 1999, Jenny has over two decades of experience working in community health, supporting individuals of all ages and disabilities. Throughout this time, Jenny recognized the significant need for specialized lymphoedema treatment and pursued additional training to better serve the community.
Jenny has completed the advanced level 2 lymphoedema course, able to treat upper & lower limb, Breast/Chest, Head/Neck lymphoedema. She is an accredited practitioner with the Australasian lymphology Association. Find Jenny Jones here on the National Lymphoedema Practitioners Register
Jenny offers a wide range of treatments to clients, including:
- Prescription of compression garments tailored to individual needs
- Low-level laser and photo biomodulation therapy to support healing and lymphatic function
- Manual lymphatic massage to promote fluid drainage and reduce swelling
- Guided exercise programs to enhance lymphatic circulation and mobility
- Sequential pneumatic compression pump therapy for optimal fluid management
- Education on risk reduction strategies to prevent further complications and manage the condition effectively
In addition to Jenny's lymphoedema expertise, she is passionate about health promotion and is a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls prevention instructor. This holistic practice complements lymphoedema therapy by promoting movement, balance, and well-being for individuals
Jenny's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science (Honours in Biochemistry), which has provided a solid understanding of the body’s physiological processes. This background fuels a passion for ongoing research and knowledge-seeking, enabling her to stay at the forefront of developments that benefit individuals in managing their lymphoedema more effectively.
Jenny also attended the 2024 Australian Lipoidemia Conference to stay informed on the latest research, treatment options, and best practices for supporting individuals with lipoidemia. As this is an emerging diagnosis without definitive biomarkers, she is very aware how important it is to listen closely to individuals' experiences, ensuring care is responsive, personalised, and grounded in lived realities.
With a genuine commitment to improving lives, Jenny continues to use a combination of hands-on therapy, education, and a holistic approach to support individuals in managing their lymphoedema enhancing their overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Bachelor of Science(honours in Biochemistry)
- AHPRA registered
- Accredited practitioner with the Australasian Lymphology Association
- Qualified Upper and Lower limb, Head/Neck, Breast/Chest Lymphoedema Practitioner
Fees:
1hour consult $150 (It is important to have an initial consult if you have not seen a lymphoedema therapist or received prior treatment/assessment
30 minute consult $75.00
15 minute treatment $37.00 - sessions available for lower level laser therapy

Danielle’s qualifications also include a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition.
Diabetes Education provides you with information and practical skills to assist you to manage Diabetes every day.

Dr Natasha Doulgeridis (MAPS) is a registered clinical psychologist and is a full member of the clinical college of the Australian Psychological Society. Natasha has completed her Master and Doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology at the Australian Catholic University in Melbourne.
Natasha has been working in private practice since 2004, providing clinical services to individuals needing assistance and support for a wide range of psychological disorders. From 2003- 2010 Natasha was the Drug and Alcohol Program Manager of a large and reputable psychiatric facility in Melbourne.
Natasha has had formal training in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a range of DSM psychological disorders, including depression, anxiety, personality, sleeping and substance-related disorders. She has further developed and conducted psycho education groups on a range of topics including anxiety, depression, stress, anger, sleep, self-esteem, communication, and dual diagnosis.
Natasha provides integrative therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of each client. These approaches include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy, harm minimization, motivational interviewing, relapse prevention and general supportive counseling.
